ABOUT POINTSOURCE

Pointsource is a growing company, dedicated to providing cutting edge technologies that close process loops - reducing waste and pollution. They were expanding with new technologies and partnerships, and so wanted to reflect those changes in their brand identity.

DESIGN PREMISE

Pointsource needed a new logo, business card, and trade show booth design for GLOBE show, the largest environmental solutions exhibition in the world. This trade show was a great opportunity to attract prospective clientele. 

MY ROLE

As Graphic Designer for Pointsource, I modernized their logo,crafted business cards and presentations, and designed their 20x40' exhibit space. 

LOGO

Pointsource technologies target pollution at the source of emission, converting waste to energy or value added products. The logo was designed to reflect this approach by integrating crosshairs into the mark. While the client wanted blue and green as the main colours, a gradient was used to further the modern aesthetic.

EXHIBIT DESIGN

Pointsource exhibited at GLOBE show, and needed a captivating design for their 20' x 40' trade show space. Banners were designed to spark intrigue and provide iconography that communicates key product benefits while facilitating discussion. The booth included a turbine model that was laminated with adhesive prints on each face to show its adaptability to various landscapes.

We approached Pierre with a raw vision and direction. Pierre then took that vision like an architect and came up with a complete clean design concept. This included polishing our Vision and Mission statements to build our brand image, logos and marketing story. His process was detailed, constructive and very productive. The level of detail that Pierre brought to the design table was above and beyond our hopes and the finished products exceeded our expectation.
